Gîte of 48m² laid out on one level on the ground floor of the owners' house with independent entrance and private terrace. The owners occupy the floor. Capacity up to 3 people (maximum 2 adults + 1 child).
Apartment with entrance hall, fitted kitchen open to living room (dining table, sofa, television), French window giving access to the terrace area.
Bedroom (1 bed 140x190cm and 1 bed 90x190cm).
Bathroom with basin, shower, wc.
Tarmac terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue. Garden shared with the owners. Reduced for storage. Shared courtyard, private parking in front of the gîte.
Washing machine in the kitchen. It is necessary to bring bed linen and towels. Possibility to rent sheets. Optional end-of-stay cleaning package.

Thonon-les-Bains and Evian-les-Bains (spa towns, port, swimming pools, golf course) 5km away, shores of Lake Geneva / Publier/Amphion beach 4km away, Yvoire (medieval town) 23km away. 5/5Bjr. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec vue sur le lac Léman. C'était exceptionnel. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et arrangeants. Le gîte est très bien équipé, la surface du gîte est parfaite. Le petit coin salon jardin et relax est un plus pour profiter du cadre très agréable. Le gîte est très bien situé pour visiter la Haute Savoie mais aussi la Suisse que nous aimons découvrir.je recommande cette adresse. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

5/5Vue magnifique sur le Léman à 180 ° descriptif conforme au dossier d'inscription.
L'ébergement est complet pour 2 adultes voir 3 avec un enfant. Proximité avec Thonon & Evian pour les achats, et aussi à quelques kilomètres il faut aller à Lugrin : supermarché Intermarché & petite brasserie sympa et moins chers que dans les grandes villes. A recommandé le grand marché de Thonon le jeudi.Mais surtout à retenir la gentillesse des propriétaires, très discrets pendant le séjour et qui ont magnifiquement fleuri l'extérieur du gîte.

5/5Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et communicatifs, même les voisins des allentours sont super gentils.Nous avons passés 2 superbes semaines, aussi bien prêt du Lac Léman et en montagnes.
