The 1st floor of the house is not occupied. Shared entrance. Kitchen opening onto living room (sofa, TV, DVD player), bedroom 1 (1 bed 140x190cm), bedroom 2 (2 beds 90x190cm), shower room, separate toilet.
Large shared plot with 2 areas for garden furniture and parasol. Shared ski and bike room on first floor.
Bed linen provided. Parking in the courtyard.
Sallanches town center 2km, shops 1.8km away. Saint-Gervais thermal baths 6km (Le Fayet).
Combloux and Saint-Gervais ski areas (linked to Megève) 9.5km away.
In summer: swimming at the Passy lake 3km away (+ minigolf, accrobranche).
Numerous nearby hikes in the Mont Blanc massif or Passy nature reserve.

Gîte exceptionnel, offrant une vue imprenable sur la chaîne du Mont-Blanc et des Aravis.

Die Wohnung liegt optimal, wenn man man jeden Tag in einem anderen Skigebiet skifahren will. Les Contamines, Les Houches, St. Gervais, Megeve, Portes du Mont-Blanc und Espace Diamant sind alle in 15 - 30 min zu erreichen.
Die Vermieter sind äußerst liebenswürdig und es mangelte an nichts. Uns hat es in der Wohnung sehr gut gefallen!- Cleanliness

Julien Une perle rare
A seulement 15min des pistes et proche de tous commerces, spacieux et confortable, cet endroit est clairement une perle rare. La propreté est irréprochable et il est bien équipé. Ce que nous avons préféré est la gentillesse, l'amabilité et la bienveillance des propriétaires, ils nous ont vraiment fait nous sentir comme à la maison. On y retournera très volontiers.

GL Superbe gîte
Ce gîte est à recommander : il est bien positionné par rapport à toutes les visites à effectuer, il est très propre, les propriétaires sont charmants et tellement accueillants. Une semaine inoubliable dans le massif du Mont Blanc !

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr empfehlenswert!
Die Eigentümer haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen und uns bezüglich Ausflüge, Wanderungen und Sehenswürdigkeiten beraten. Die Umgebung der Wohnung ist wunderschön. Sallenches ist ein gemütliches kleines Städtchen.
Die Wohnung ist bestens ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. In dem herrlichen Garten der Ferienwohnung kann man den Tag mit Blick auf den Mont Blanc und einem Glas Wein ausklingen lassen.- Cleanliness
