In the Mont Blanc region: a 150-square-meter duplex holiday cottage located on the first and second floors of a large, working Chalet-style farmhouse that also includes the owners’ living quarters.
Quiet, rural setting. Each bedroom offers a view of Mont Blanc and features a private bathroom with a shower and separate toilet.
Private entrance to the holiday cottage via an outdoor staircase (on the farmhouse side).
On the 1st floor: ski storage room, laundry room, bedroom 1 (2 twin beds 90x200cm that can be joined, 2 bunk beds 90x200cm, TV), bedroom 2 (1 bed 160x200cm, TV), Bedroom 3 (1 bed 160x200 cm, TV), Bedroom 4 (1 bed 160x200 cm, TV + mezzanine accessible via a steep staircase: 2 bunk beds 90x200 cm + 2 extra beds 90 cm).
On the 2nd floor: living room with an integrated kitchenette opening onto the dining area and sitting area (wood-burning stove, TV, sofa).
Balcony on the 2nd floor facing Mont Blanc with 2 small tables. Wifi Internet. Electric heating.
Sheets are included (beds made on arrival). Parking below the farmhouse.
The owners, who are active farmers, will be delighted to share their work with you (on-site farm with Abondance dairy cows).
The cows are on the farm during the fall and winter, and are in the mountain pastures the rest of the year.
Activities: Skiing in Combloux, 1.5 km away from the Bouchet ski lift (connects to the Jaillet/Megève ski area). Combloux ski area, 3.5 km away (Cry Cuchet). La Princesse gondola, 3.8 km away (Megève/Saint-Gervais ski area).
