In Mont Blanc country: 150m2 duplex gîte on the 1st and 2nd floors of a large working chalet-style farmhouse that also includes the owners' living quarters.
Quiet, country setting. Each room has a view of Mont Blanc, and a private bathroom with shower and separate toilet.
Private entrance to gîte via outside staircase (farm side).
1st floor: ski room, laundry room, bedroom 1 (2 twin beds 90x200cm, 2 bunk beds 90x200cm, Tv), bedroom 2 (1 bed 160x200cm, Tv), bedroom 3 (1 bed 160x200cm, Tv), bedroom 4 (1 bed 160x200cm, Tv + mezzanine with access by steep staircase: 2 bunk beds 90x200cm + 2 extra beds 90cm).
2nd floor: living room with integrated kitchenette opening onto dining area and sitting area (wood-burning stove, Tv, sofa).
Balcony on 2nd floor facing Mont-Blanc with 2 small tables. Wifi Internet access. Underfloor heating (electric).
Bed linen included (beds made up on arrival). Parking below the farm.
The owners, who are farmers, will be delighted to share their work with you (on-site farm with Abondance dairy cows).
The cows are present in autumn/winter, and are in alpine pastures the rest of the year.
Activities: Skiing in Combloux, 1.5km from the Bouchet ski lift (link with the Jaillet/Megève ski area). Combloux ski area 3.5km away (Cry Cuchet). Princesse gondola lift 3.8km (Megève/Saint-Gervais ski area).
Combloux village center 1.8km: shops, and biotope lake (summer bathing facing Mont-Blanc + wellness area). Megève 7km away: casino, golf, swimming pool, ice rink...
Saint-Gervais thermal baths 11km away. Chamonix-Mont-Blanc 30km (40-minute drive). Annecy 1h00 away. Numerous hiking trails in the area in all seasons.
