Hamlet house comprising 2 gîtes and 2 owners' apartments.
70m² gîte (independent entrance) on raised first floor (5 steps).
Kitchen with sitting area, access to enclosed terrace-balcony, bedroom 1 (2 x 140cm beds, sitting area), bedroom 2 (1 x 140cm bed), bathroom, separate toilet. Central heating. Flower garden and orchard, shared courtyard. Parking lot.
Set back from a main road.
The owner makes small objects decorated in wood.
Bernex ski area 1.5km, La Beunaz leisure center 3.5km, Evian spa and Lake Geneva 12km. Numerous hikes in the mountain pastures.

Idéal
5/5C'est la 2nd fois que nous louons ici et on y retournera. Accueil plus que sympathique, on a l'impression d'être en famille. Appartement très fonctionnel et bien équipé, on pourrait y vivre a l'année.
