In a quiet environment in the Mont-Blanc region, 37m2 gîte on the ground floor of the owners' chalet (3 access steps).
Integrated kitchen open to living room (TV, DVD, convertible sofa bed 140x190cm), bedroom with 1 bed 160x200cm (or twin beds 80cm), bathroom (shower), separate toilet.
Garden with private terrace (furniture, plancha). Sheets and towels are provided (beds made on arrival). Wi-Fi internet. Parking on site. Reduction for stays of 3 weeks -10%.
Winter: skiing in Combloux or Megève (Princess gondola) 3.5km away. Swimming and wellness area in the biotope lake of Combloux 1.5km away. Town center of Sallanches at 6.5km.
Saint-Gervais thermal baths 10km away. Chamonix-Mont-Blanc 30km-30 minutes.
