Ideal location, in the heart of the village of Thônes between Lake Annecy and the Aravis resorts (La Clusaz, Le Grand-Bornand, Manigod) for this Holiday cottage (68m²) on the garden level of the owners' house.
Separate entrance. Entrance hall, fitted kitchen opening onto living room (sofa bed 160x200) with terrace and garden access, bedroom (1 bed 180 x 200cm which can be separated into 2 beds 90, TV, garden access), shower room (Italian shower), separate WC, storeroom.
ALL INCLUSIVE: bed linen and towels provided, bed made on arrival. Housekeeping included. Central heating. Garden furniture, private parking on property. Free recharging for electric vehicles.
City center (all shops) 200m walk, summer Piscine in Thônes. Ski: Aravis resorts of La Clusaz, Le Grand-Bornand, Manigod 12km away. Lake Annecy, beaches 14km away, Annecy 20km. Numerous walks, Hiking trails and via ferrata nearby.

Sheila und Klaus Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in Thones
Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Die sehr saubere und ruhig gelegene Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und hat viel Stauraum. Durch die großen Fenster, die bis zum Boden reichen, ist sie sehr hell. Die Ausstattung war komplett und hat keinen Wunsch offen gelassen. Der private Parkplatz ist direkt vor der Haustür. Durch die Lage am Rande des Ortszentrums sind alle Geschäfte fußläufig zu erreichen. Erwähnen möchten wir noch das gute WLAN. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

J2L calme dans la verdure
Très bel appartement où rien ne manque. Grande terrasse dans la verdure. Situation idéale à 2 minutes du centre-ville et pourtant très calme. Confort, décoration soignée, équipements de qualité : tout est fait pour un séjour serein.
