26m2 single-storey gîte on the first floor of the owners' chalet.
Private entrance: equipped kitchenette opening onto living room (sofa, Tv), bedroom (1 bed 140x190cm), bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. Wifi Internet access. Ski locker.
Bed linen provided. Towels can be rented.
Private terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs, parasol and barbecue. Parking in the courtyard in front of the gîte.
Praz-Sur-Arly village center and shops 800m away.
In winter, Praz-Sur-Arly ski area (Espace Diamant) 500m away. Ski-in ski-out option below the gîte.
Nordic ski area on site. Megève town center and Palais des Sports (swimming pool, skating rink, etc.) 5.5km away.
In summer: Praz-Sur-Arly bathing lake 600m away. Numerous hiking trails nearby.

enzo&ilo Charmant séjour d'hiver
Ce début de séjour commence par un superbe accueil et une hospitalité très agréable de la part des propriétaires.
Ce gîte est très bien équipé, confortable, un vrai petit cocon de vie. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec un lieu très sympathique pour nos journées de ski.

La location est très bien située, à côté des pistes , du village, un véhicule n’est pas nécessaire. Au calme, ce qui est très agréable. L’accueil par les propriétaires était parfait .

Été comme hiver le gîte est très confortable et agréablement situé entre les pistes et le village. Quant à l’accueil des propriétaires il est excellent !!

séjour impeccable et reposant. gite très bien pour un couple , placé en retrait au calme mais tous commerces à proximité à pied. randonnée au départ du gite. accueil très agréable
