Ideal for family vacations in the immediate vicinity of Lake Geneva and its beach activities, restaurants... Quiet area, close to the Redon river and Séchex beach/port.

Just a stone's throw from Lake Geneva, independent 4-person gîte 75m² on one level. Entrance into fully-equipped kitchen opening onto living room (large island with high chairs, dining table, access to bedrooms and bathrooms). Living room separated by a small library accessible by 5 steps (sofa, armchair, TV table), French window giving access to terrace.
Bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200cm, closet on either side of bed, sliding door, window onto living room). Bedroom 2 (2 beds 90x200cm, closet, sliding door).
Large shower room (walk-in shower, washbasin, washer-dryer), separate WC.
Private terrace and garden with garden furniture, deckchairs, parasol, plancha, barbecue, ping-pong table.
Bed linen and towels provided, end-of-stay cleaning included. Wifi Internet access (40 GB)
Parking at the top of the property, access to the house via outside stairs. Additional parking available outside the village (shared).
Lake Geneva, beach 300 m away (plage du Redon), many restaurants nearby. Séchex lake station 1 km away. Supermarket and shopping area with all amenities 4 km away.
Thonon-les-Bains, Thermes 8 km, Evian-les-Bains 19 km. Yvoire, medieval town 10 km, Geneva 30 km. Skiing: Habère-Poche 23km, Bernex 26km, Vallée d'Abondance / Portes du Soleil 35km.
