Authentic, detached chalet-style cottage in a quiet, unspoilt part of Samoëns, at the foot of the mountains (Le Criou), and close to Hiking trails. The gîte is a former sheepfold, entirely renovated by the owner, at an altitude of 770 m. A small forest path (foot or mountain bike) leads to the center of Samoëns.

The accommodation, with a maximum capacity of 7 people, is laid out as follows: Ground floor: fitted kitchen opening onto the living area (dining area, wood-burning stove, bench, TV, armchairs), shower room (shower, wc), laundry room.
1st floor: bedroom 1 (1 x 160x200cm bed), bedroom 2 (1 x 160x200cm bed + 3 mezzanine beds: 2 x 90x190cm beds + 1 x 80x190cm bed), relaxation area with bench seat and games. Electric central heating on water radiators + wood stove (heating included). Wifi Internet access, including bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning. South-west terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs, parasol and barbecue. Large garden in front of and around the Holiday cottage. Private parking in front of the Holiday cottage. Ski storage. 100m shuttle bus stop in winter season ('Les Fontaines' stop): contact the Tourist Office for details (timetable, months of operation).
