Independent 80m2 chalet on 2 levels next to the owners' house.
First floor: fitted kitchen opening onto living room (TV, fireplace), separate toilet.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, each with private bathroom or shower room: Bedroom 1 (1 bed 140x190cm, shower room), Bedroom 2 (1 bed 140x190cm, shower room), Bedroom 3 (2 beds 90x190cm, bathroom with bathtub), separate wc.
Lovely wooden terrace with mountain views, furniture, parasol, barbecue, deckchairs and SPA (please see the photos section of the ad). Land, courtyard. Wifi Internet access.
Bed linen and towels provided.
In winter, cross-country ski trail on site. 500m away: Sixt-Fer-A-Cheval ski lifts, ski lessons and free shuttles to Samoëns (Grand-Massif ski area).
Ski back from the Grand-Massif via the Cascades trail, 500m away. In summer, numerous activities nearby: rafting, fishing, climbing, via ferrata.
Numerous hiking trails near the gîte or in the Fer-A-Cheval area.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus mit Jacuzzi in den französischen Alpen war einfach traumhaft! Die Lage war perfekt, umgeben von Natur und mit Blick auf die Berge.
Das Ferienhaus selbst war sehr gemütlich und komfortabel eingerichtet, mit allem, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Der Jacuzzi auf der Terrasse war ein Highlight, insbesondere nach einem langen Tag beim Wandern.
Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus ein unvergessliches Erlebnis. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und würden das Haus jederzeit weiterempfehlen.
