Ideal location in the center of Annecy, 200m from the lake, for this quiet 25m² apartment overlooking the courtyard, on the 2nd floor of a building with lift.
Gîte renovated at the end of 2021. Studio equipped with an entrance hall, small fitted kitchen, living room with fold-away bed (160x200cm) and integrated sofa, wall-mounted TV, access to sheltered balcony, bathroom (shower with thermostatic mixer, basin, WC).
Bed, house and bathroom linen provided. Wifi internet access. Secure bike room. Non-smoking accommodation.
Paid parking 150m away, free 800m away (Romains car park). The apartment is located opposite the Bonlieu cultural center (theater, concerts, conferences, exhibitions, etc.). All shops and restaurants on site. Old town of Annecy, its tourist sites, its traditional market 500m away. SNCF station at 600m. Bike rental at the bottom of the building, Lake, bike path (lakeside) at 200m, beaches at 1.5km (access on foot or by bike via the bike path), Marquisats swimming pool at 900m. Skiing in Semoz 15km, Aravis resorts: La Clusaz and Le Grand-Bornand 34km.

Confortable et bien situé
5/5Appartement peu spacieux au première abord mais le logement est bien équipé et très bien situé (Proche de la gare, du vieux centre, de l’office du tourisme et arrêt de bus, etc).
Propriétaire souriant et agréable.
Annecy et ses alentours nous ont enchanté.
Nous avons passer un très bon séjour de 2 semaines dans ce logement.
Il est a noter que le confort de la literie et le balcon était un vrai plus dans ce logement.
Seul bémol la taille de la cuisine, bien équipé mais étroite sans réel plan de travail mis à part ça tout était irréprochable.

5/5Les propriétaire Madame et Monsieur Chappaz sont adorables et très accueillants. Je serais ravie de séjourner à nouveau dans leur gîte lors de mes prochaines vacances à Annecy qui est une très belle ville.
Je suis pleinement satisfaite de mon séjour dans ce charmant studio très propre, très bien agencé et très bien placé (proximité des lieux touristiques, office de tourisme, commerces et gare (je suis venue en train).
