Light-filled apartment (48m² + 20m² attic space) on the 1st and top floor of a house, fitted out in an ecological way (solar panels, ecological paints, organic sheets...). Adjoining the owners' apartment, it benefits from an electric car charging station and a small garden area for coffee (sunny patch of lawn in the morning). Separate entrance. Access by inside stairs.
1st floor: kitchen opening onto dining area (marble bench and table) and living room (sofa, hi-fi, TV).
Duplex: attic bedroom with 1 bed 180x190cm separable into 2x90, flat-screen TV (portable antenna), bathroom (shower, basin, WC).
Bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning included. Internet: wifi or wired.
Enclosed courtyard parking optional (€50 per week), secured with electrically operated gate. Electric car charging station.
All shops, town center 300m, large parking lot (paying) 50m away, lakeside, cycle path 1km, beach 2km, train station 500m, Marquisats swimming pool 2km. Downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, hiking at Semnoz 15km.
Weekends and short breaks on request at short notice. Reduced rates for rentals of 15 days or more. Tourist tax extra.

Cajou Bout du lac
Propreté et accueil parfait. Parkings payants proches de la location. Centre ville proche et le bout du Lac facilement accessibles. Plusieurs supérettes proches. Les commerces tels que boulangeries sont proches de la location. Bcp de restaurants. La circulation très dense peut créer des inconvénients. Nous avons privilégié la marche pour nos déplacements.

Très Bon séjour, toutefois pour bénéficier de l'emplacement de parking intérieur au gîte, contacter le propriétaire afin de vous assurer que l'emplacement est disponible.

Dot45 Redécouverte du lac d'Annecy
Gîte très bien équipé et situé dans un quartier calme proche d'un grand centre commercial, à 10 min à pieds de la gare et du centre historique d'Annecy.
20 minutes de la plage des Marquisats pour ceux qui viennent l'été (énormément de touristes l'été, nous reviendrons sans hésiter hors période estivale...)- Cleanliness
