In the heart of a small village in the Savoyard foreland, close to the Rhône and Ain departments, a truly independent Savoyard chalet in larch logs, on two levels for 4 people, furnished in a cocooning, comfortable spirit! Enjoy a sheltered terrace with Nordic Spa open from October to March, a veranda with views of the Jura and Rhône, and an easily accessible location for exploring the riches of the Savoyard region and beyond!

54 m² detached Chalet located in the village center near the owners' house. Independent access via a footpath from the parking area. Public parking lot near the Holiday cottage.

Entrance from sheltered terrace with garden furniture and wood-heated Spa. Veranda with dining table, toy box and storage space (slippers offered for the interior of the Chalet).
Large living room with built-in kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine), wood-burning stove (wood optional, €8 per basket from owner), wall-mounted TV and sitting area, library (Mountain books). Separate WC. Shower room (Italian shower).

1st floor: Les Gentianes bedroom (bed 160x200 cm, shower and separate WC), Les Myosotis bedroom (2 beds 90 x 200cm).

For your comfort, linen and towels are provided (including bathrobes if Spa option), sheets are supplied and beds made on arrival. End-of-stay cleaning is optional.
Baby equipment available on request. Gas heating. Wifi access.

Spa available from October 1 to the end of March with wood-burning stove. Wood for the two stoves is supplied directly by the owner (€8 per basket).
Lawn with 2 wooden deckchairs and hammock for relaxing moments. Shared space with the owner (vegetable garden). Access to a lean-to with ping-pong table, winter equipment (sledges, snowshoes) and gas barbecue.

Deposit by card imprint. On your departure, if you have not opted for the optional cleaning service, the property must be in the same state of cleanliness as when you arrived.
