A 74-square-meter holiday cottage with private entrance, located on the first floor of a house that also includes a year-round rental (on the ground floor), situated near the owners’ family farm and another holiday cottage.
Fitted kitchen, living room (sofa), Bedroom 1 (1 bed 140x190), Bedroom 2 (2 bunk beds 90x190), Bedroom 3 (2 beds that can be pushed together, 90x200). Bathroom (walk-in shower), separate toilet.
In summer: terrace with table, chairs, and barbecue. Sloping yard.
Sheets available for rent.
Skiing in Saint-Gervais, 3 km away (Bettex gondola), or in Combloux or Megève, 8 km away (La Princesse gondola). St-Gervais-Le Fayet thermal baths, 3 km away. In summer: Passy lake and Base de loisirs, 4 km away. Numerous hiking trails in the Aravis or the Mont Blanc area.

Rapport qualité prix.
Correspond bien aux photos. Très propre.
Un espace salon un peu plus grand serait top mais cela n'a en rien gâché notre séjour. Je recommande fortement.Geoffroy

Baardjes gîte soigné dans une belle région
La famille a beaucoup apprécié le cadre magnifique. Le gîte est idéalement situé pour de nombreuses excursions. Le propriétaire est sympathique et fait de son mieux pour communiquer en anglais. Notre adorable chien, Chaplin, s'est lié d'amitié avec nos enfants. Un grand merci à Céline et à son mari pour leur hospitalité et pour ces vacances inoubliables.

Lilian Excellent séjour
Très bon séjour, gîte proche des stations et tout rénové. Spacieux, confortable, rien ne manque, propriétaire très sympathique et de service. On y retournera l'année prochaine.
