On the garden level of a chalet, 50m² gîte with private terrace and garden. The chalet also includes owner's accommodation and another gîte (reference 136157). Separate entrance.
Fitted kitchen opening onto living room (BZ-type sofa bed, TV, DVD player, connected loudspeaker), 2 bedrooms: bedroom 1 with 1 bed 140x190cm, bedroom 2 with 2 twin beds 80x190cm.
Bathroom with Italian shower, separate toilet.
Wifi Internet access. Washing machine shared by 2 gîtes. Private enclosed terrace and garden in front of the gîte, garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue. A shared plot of land is also available at the rear of the chalet. Private ski room, shared bike room.
Private parking in owners' courtyard. Sheets and towels can be rented directly from the owner.
Skiing: Le Grand-Bornand/Chinaillon 600m away (shuttle bus available). Cross-country skiing available. Chinaillon center 350m away (shops, restaurants). Grand-Bornand village center (swimming pool, skating rink, activities, etc.) 5.5km away. Lake Annecy (swimming) 32km. Thones 17km. Numerous hikes starting from the gîte.

Papapoule Belle semaine
Le gîte est parfait, très bien équipé, très propre, très calme malgré la proximité de la route principale. Les propriétaires sont sur place, mais très discrets, et par ailleurs très chaleureux et très accueillants.

JPTH Séjour reposant
Propriétaires discrets mais présents et attentifs au bien être de leurs hôtes.. Gite agréable et très bien tenu. Environnement magnifique dans une haute vallée qui permet au regard de s'évader là haut, de tous les côtés. Un seul défaut qui n'est pas du fait des propriétaires: le passage des motos à "100 à l'heure" dans l'agglomération, malgré les réductions de chaussées. Monsieur le maire, un radar éducatif s'impose. Heureusement que le chalet est bien insonorisé.
