In the heart of Cran-Gevrier, ideally located 21 m² 2-person apartment comprising a living room with small built-in kitchen (mini-oven, induction hob...), dining area with chairs or bench, sitting area with rapido sofa bed (140x190 cm), TV. Panoramic view of the City and mountains. Attic bathroom with washbasin, washing machine, toilet and shower. Air-conditioning. Wifi access (fiber).
South-facing, with plenty of natural light. Elevator access to 6th floor, stairs to 7th. Paid public parking at the bottom of the building.
Bed linen provided, beds made on arrival. Bathroom linen supplied. End-of-stay cleaning optional. Pets allowed at extra cost.
Centrally located in the heart of the City, with numerous shops, restaurants and quick access to Public transport (Mosinges bus stop 80 m away). Nearby: exhibitions at the Turbine, walks along the Thiou... Annecy city center/Lake can be reached on foot (15 minutes), by bike or by bus. Annecy's City with its sights, traditional Market, shops and restaurants 2 km away.

    Parfait

    Accueil chaleureux et très efficace.
    Logement agréable et pratique. Belle vue. Commerces essentiels à deux pas. Espace vert avec chaises longues au bord de l'eau juste en face, départ également pour la balade Thiou qui rejoint le centre ville, une balade parsemée de surprises artistiques.

    Propreté et confort excellents.
    Dans la douche l'étroitesse pour de grand gabarit, ce qui n'est pas mon cas ,peut être gènant .
    j ai bien dormi dans le clic clac,pour moi il n'y a eu pas de problème de matelas.
    Bien situé ,entouré de commerces divers,le stationnement est difficile le soir, c'est très recherché. Un parc derrière est très agréable . L appartement est bien insonorisé et on a une belle vue au dessus des toits sur les environs

    Magnifique

    Très bien agencé Le studio. Ils ont pensé à tout. Accueil très agréable, les propriétaires sont disponibles et très arrangeants. Juste le lit est un BZ ( il faudrait changer le matelas) Au final super Studio et très mignon la déco avec une très très belle vue !!!

    Logement au top ! Je recommande !

    Appartement très bien placé à 15/20min à pied du centre ville historique, à 10min en bus avec un arrêt de bus au pied de l'immeuble, toutes les commodités à proximité ! Des stationnements gratuits dans les rues à proximité immédiate du logement, bref, un très bon séjour !
    Je recommande complètement cet appartement à n'importe qui qui souhaite passer quelques jours à Annecy !
