A 36-square-meter holiday cottage for 2 people (plus 1 baby, maximum) located on the ground floor of a restored, semi-detached historic farmhouse that also houses the owners. Lovely atmosphere in a quiet area at the end of a cul-de-sac.
The owners also offer a Chalet for 2 to 4 people (listing #1021) for rent next to their home.
Separate entrance (access via 2 steps).
Fully equipped kitchen with dining table; access to the balcony offering a beautiful, unobstructed view of the mountains and the village of Abondance.
Sleeping/living area: sofa, TV, 1 bed (140x190 cm)
Small bathroom with shower, sink, towel warmer, and toilet.
Balcony with patio furniture. Grill, lounge chairs. Grill available upon request. Yard.

Skiing in the Portes du Soleil ski area: Abondance 2.5 km, La Chapelle d’Abondance 9 km, Châtel 14 km. Shuttle bus 3 km away in the center of Abondance. Ski and sledding play area in Abondance.
Lake Geneva, Thonon, or the Evian-les-Bains thermal baths are 28 km away. Numerous hiking trails start right from the holiday cottage.
The last 200 meters are on a gravel path. Be sure to bring snow gear in winter.
