A spacious and bright holiday cottage located 300 meters from the Megève slopes in the popular Mont d'Arbois area. Quiet surroundings—stunning views of the surrounding mountains. Free shuttle 300 meters away during the winter season.

Located in the hills above Megève, this 86-square-meter holiday cottage is on the first floor of a Chalet-style house that also includes the owner’s residence on the garden level.
Each unit has its own private entrance. Separate access to the first level via an outdoor staircase (6 steps).
On the main level: fully equipped kitchen, living room (sofa, TV), bedroom 1 (2 beds, 90x190 cm), bedroom 2 (1 bed, 160x200 cm), bedroom 3 (2 beds, 90x190 cm), bathroom with tub, toilet.
On the lower level: access to the washing machine. Covered balcony/terrace (south and west-facing) with patio furniture. Private garden area (not adjoining the house). Sheets available for rent.
Heating included only in winter; summer surcharge of 3€/day.
Pets allowed for an additional fee.
The holiday cottage has a ski/bike storage room. The Mont d’Arbois gondola is 1 km away (access to the slopes is 300 m away), and the center of Megève and the sports complex (Piscine, Ice rink, etc.) are 4 km away.
Chamonix Mont-Blanc is 35 km away. Numerous hiking trails nearby in summer.
