83 m2 gîte on 1st level with ground-level access: fitted kitchen opening onto living room / sitting area. 3 bedrooms: bedroom 1 (1 x 140cm bed), bedroom 2 (1 x 140cm bed), bedroom 3 (1 x 140cm bed and 1 x 90cm bed / with shower room and WC), children's sleeping area (2 x 80cm bunk beds). Bathroom, separate WC. Central heating, balcony/terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, grounds. Shared washing machine and tumble dryer. Ski room.
Bed linen provided and beds made up on arrival.
Ski resort: Chinaillon / Grand-Bornand on site. Access to a wellness area (shared by 3 gîtes) with overflow spa for 8 people and sauna.
