82m2 luxury apartment on the 1st floor of an authentic renovated farmhouse that also includes 3 other gîtes.
Access to the gîte from the rear of the house (6 outside steps), via a shared entrance hall.
Fitted kitchen opening onto living room (Tv, DVD, fireplace, rapido sofa-bed for extra sleeping space 140x190cm).
Bedroom 1 (1 bed 140x190cm, 1 bed 90x190cm, private shower room), bedroom 2 (1 bed 160x190cm, private bathroom with bath), separate toilet.
South-west balcony/terrace with furniture. Bed linen included. Wifi Internet access.
Private room with washing machine, storage and ski racks (bike storage possible).
On-site parking on the property (gated), or behind the house.
Extensive communal grounds with garden furniture, table tennis and barbecue.
Skiing in Morillon 4km away (Grand-Massif ski area). Les Gets/Portes du Soleil 12km, Praz de Lys-Sommand 14km.

Samoëns resort-village 10 minutes by car. Sixt-Fer-A-Cheval nature reserve 20km (25 minutes): numerous hikes in all seasons.

ED Lovely apartment
A lovely apartment in a chalet with separate storage room for ski's, suitcases etc. which was much appreciated.
The apartment was squeaky clean with everything we could have wanted.
The location, though not in a village, provides easy access to several ski areas with 10-30 minutes drive.Great value for money. Thank you.

Comme depuis quelques années, même adresse mais dans un autre gîte cette fois-ci.
Nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans ce gîte. Idéalement situé pour un accès aux stations de skis du Grand Massif ou Praz-de-Lys, ce gîte est confortable et douillet. Nous avons particulièrement aimé le fait d’avoir 2 salles de bains pour chaque chambre.
Nous avons également utilisé le poêle à bois qui apporte chaleur et cocooning à la pièce principale.
Si nous en avons l’occasion nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Elodie71 Parfait comme d'habitude
Nous avons séjourné deux années de suite dans le 7 personnes qui était déjà super. Cette année nous étions dans le 5 personnes et encore une fois tres bonne expérience. Madame Puthon est très accueillante et disponible. Nous reviendrons l’année prochaine sans hésiter.
