Detached 75m2 duplex chalet. Entrance on 1st level via outside staircase to rear.
1st floor: fitted kitchen opening onto living room (sofa, Tv, fireplace), Bedroom 1 (1 bed 140x190cm), shower room, wc, storage room.
Upstairs: Bedroom 2 (1 bed 140x190cm), Bedroom 3 (2 beds 90x190cm). Beautiful south-facing terrace facing Mont-Blanc with furniture, awning, barbecue.
Land around the chalet, parking on site. The gîte is equipped with a box and wifi internet connection.
Sheets and towels are provided, and beds made up on arrival. Le Bettex snow front 1.5km away (ski area linked to Megève).
