Gîte on the first floor of the owners' house, with another gîte upstairs. Independent entrance from private terrace.
Kitchen opening onto living room with dining area and relaxation area (140 cm sofa bed, TV). Separate sleeping area with 1 x 140 cm bed and storage space.
Shower room with WC and washing machine. Laundry room on the same floor as the gîte, with access from inside. Ski/bike storage possible.
South-facing terrace (ground floor) with furniture and barbecue, private access from parking area. Bed linen provided and beds made up on arrival. Bathroom linen included. Wifi Internet access.
Annecy and lake 15 minutes away, Aix-Les-Bains (lake and spa) 25 minutes away, skiing and hiking at Le Semnoz 20 minutes/15 km. Shops in the immediate vicinity of the gîte (bakery, butcher's...).

Emplacement parfait, à 10 min de la ville, 3 min de la zone commerciale. Logement très bien équipé, surtout la cuisine avec tout le nécessaire notamment les assaisonnements, café/thé, etc. Salle de bain spacieuse et fonctionnelle, mais il manquerai un rideau de douche pour éviter d’en mettre partout. Chambre minimaliste, très bon matelas mais le lit fait vieux, le linge de lit mériterait d’être remplacé.

Très bon séjour.
Logement impeccable, propre , bien équipé et bien situé entre Annecy et Aix les bains. Des commerces de première nécessité sont juste en face du logement.

Sylvain Agréable logement
Le logement est très bien pour visiter Annecy et ses alentours. Il est propre et correctement équipé. Il y a une place de stationnement réservée juste devant le logement.
Et j'ai reçu pleins de bons conseils et d'idées de visites, encore merci pour ça.
