53m² gite (+ 4m² attic) on the 2nd floor of a chalet with open views of the Chablais mountains, also including a hairdressing salon (ground floor) and the owners'accommodation on the 1st floor.
Entrance hall, fitted kitchen open to the living room (convertible sofa bed, television, DVD player, access to the balcony), 2 bedrooms: bedroom 1 (1 140x190cm bed, balcony access), bedroom 2 (2 90x190cm beds, access balcony). Bathroom, separate wc.
Balcony with view on the montags, small garden furniture. Central heating. Parking in front of the chalet. Washing machine .
In winter, shuttle at 1 € for the stations of Morzine-Avoriaz (12km), Les Gets (16km), Saint Jean d'Aulps (5km). Lake Geneva, Thonon-les-Bains, Spa 20km, Evian-les-Bains 27km. Many activities nearby: rafting, canyoning, mountain biking, visit to the mechanical music museum in Les Gets, the Aulps abbey.

4/5Le gîte est agréable. Il est relativement proche des différents sites d'activités telles que le ski alpin, le ski de fond ou la raquette.
Malheureusement on entend bien le bruit du logement des propriétaires au-dessous. Le gîte étant très propre et entretenu, le mobilier général pourrait toutefois faire preuve d'un peu plus de suivi.- Cleanliness 4/5

Bonjour, notre cuisine est effectivement en mansarde, comme cela est visible sur les photos, elle est également prévue pour 4 personnes et non pas plus, tout comme notre appartement.

5/5gite bien équipé et bien chaud , avec toutes les commodités . Bel espace avec tous les accessoires pour rendre le séjour agréable . Proximité avec les stations de ski ( 15 à 10 minutes de voiture) .
