Gîte 78 m² (+ 38 m² of attic space) on 2nd floor with kitchen opening onto living room, bedroom 1 (1 bed 140cm + mezzanine with 1 bed 90cm, shower room/wc), bedroom 2 (2 beds 90cm, shower room), mezzanine above living room with 1 bed 90cm, separate WC.
Garden with garden furniture and barbecue. Parking. WiFi Internet access.
Quiet gîte on the edge of fields and close to a magnificent golf course (300m). Geneva and Lake Geneva 10km away. Archamps and La Roche sur Foron (fairs and exhibitions) 15min away.
