In a large family chalet at the entrance to Chinaillon, 100m² duplex gite on the 2nd floor. The chalet also includes 4 other units. Shared entrance.
Entrance hall with cupboard, fitted kitchen opening onto living room (corner sofa, 105cm TV), balcony, separate toilet. Laundry room: washing machine and dryer, access to the large terrace at the rear of the chalet. Bedroom 1 on the upper half-level (1 bed 140x190cm, small dressing room, shower room with walk-in shower).
Duplex: bedroom 2 (1 bed 140x190cm), bedroom 3 (2 beds 90x190cm). Attic shower room (Italian shower), separate toilet.
Bed linen and towels for hire.
Outdoor parking + 1 parking space in shared garage.
Private terrace on the same level as the gîte at the rear of the chalet. Garden furniture, deckchairs, ping-pong table. Balcony.
Ski: Chinaillon - Grand-Bornand ski area 800m away. Resort center, shops and restaurants 1.km away. Skibus shuttle stop in front of chalet (shuttles from Chinaillon to Grand-Bornand village center). Center of Grand-Bornand 6km. Numerous summer and winter activities in Grand-Bornand (ice rink, swimming pool, golf, hiking, fishing, via ferrata, etc.) and in the Aravis mountains.

Claire Séjour familial à la neige en
Le gîte est magnifique, parfaitement équipé. Il ne manque absolument aucun ustensiles ! La décoration de chaque pièce est très belle. Tout est pratique et fonctionnel : le garage, une grande buanderie permettant de faire sécher le linge ou de ranger des affaires,un grand séjour dans lequel il y a beaucoup de place. Le gîte est également parfaitement situé pour utiliser les différentes navettes.
Seul point négatif : il est situé au bord de l'axe principal menant aux stations de ski et le bruit de la route est dérangeant.- Cleanliness

Super séjour au ski dans ce chalet chaleureux et très bien équipé.
Le cadre est magnifique. Le chalet est spacieux, propre et confortable.Nous avons passé un bon moment entre amis.

De Franche-Comté Gite sans aucun défaut
Magnifique séjour dans un gite très confortable, très bien agencé et équipé, très lumineux, vue à couper le souffle. Accueil très sympathique. Différents niveaux de difficulté dans les randonnées, toutes au milieu de magnifiques paysages.
