Lovely self-contained accommodation in a quiet, sunny area of the Giffre valley, close to the Grand-Massif ski area. South-facing, private terrace facing the mountains. For your comfort, the Holiday cottage has been entirely renovated using high-quality, environmentally-friendly materials (wood wool, clay plaster). Maximum capacity: 4 people.

Detached 40m2 Holiday cottage on a sunny hillside in the Giffre valley, below the owners' Chalet.
Access to the Holiday cottage is via an outside staircase from the parking lot (the Holiday cottage is on level -1 from the parking lot).

The accommodation is laid out on a single level, as follows:
- Semi-open-plan living/dining room with kitchen (large TV, rapido sofa-bed offering a very good 160x200cm bed).
- Semi-open fitted kitchen with dining table and extra bed (140x200cm).
- Shower room, separate toilet.
- Utility/technical room.

All included: bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning. Wifi Internet access.
For night-time comfort, the Holiday cottage is equipped with electric blinds on the windows. Underfloor heating.
Terrace with furniture (table and chairs).
Private parking space. Bicycle room.

Grand Massif ski area 3.8km from Morillon gondola: includes the linked resorts of Morillon, Samoëns, Flaine, Les Carroz and Sixt-Fer-A-Cheval (265km of pistes).
