Warm and welcoming 60m² gîte on the garden level of a large house that also includes the owners' home. View of Lake Geneva, quiet area. Sleeps 4 to 6 (extra charge for 5th person).

Entrance hall, living room with sofa (rapido type, 160cm bed), TV, armchair. Equipped kitchen with dining table, access to private terrace.
2 bedrooms: bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200cm, desk), bedroom 2 (2 twin beds 80x200cm, can create 1 double bed on request, lake view).
Small bathroom (shower, washbasin), separate toilet.
Wifi internet access. Bed linen and towels provided. End-of-stay cleaning optional. Washing machine in kitchen.
