A warm and welcoming atmosphere for this Holiday cottage in a semi-detached chalet (set of 2 semi-detached chalets comprising 2 gites), located between the center of La Chapelle d'Abondance and Chatel with numerous summer/winter activities. Holiday cottage (55m² + attic) on 2 levels.
Independent entrance on 1st floor (garden level).
Kitchen opening onto dining area and living room (pull-out sofa), balcony and terrace, bedroom 1 1 (160cm bed, shower room), separate wc.
Upstairs (steep staircase): TV corner, bedroom 2 (2 twin beds 90), bathroom.
Shared washer/dryer and ping-pong table.
Ski room, garage, private parking. Supermarket 400m away.
Ski (Portes du Soleil): Braitaz ski area 1.5km, Châtel 3.5km (summer/winter activities, "forme d'O" aquatic center... ), cross-country skiing 100m away, shuttle bus stop on site during winter school vacations only.
Abbey, cheese house, Museums in Abondance. Lake Geneva, Thonon, Evian-les-Bains, Thermal baths 35km away. Hiking and walking nearby.

Een heel fijn welkom door eigenaresse A. Le p'Bazot is een aangenaam huis, waar je gemakkelijk met 4 mensen kunt vertoeven. Met meer mensen kun je Le Grand Bazot erbij huren. Er zijn mogelijkheden om te wandelen in de buurt.

Famille Martin Chalet convivial
Chalet chaleureux, ambiance montagne, accueil très sympathique par la propriétaire. Très bien aménagé. Tout est parfaitement optimisé, équipement très complet qui nous a permis de cuisiner un dîner de Noël élaboré. Idéal pour 1 couple et 2 enfants. Chaque chambre dispose d'une salle d'eau spacieuse. Escalier un peu raide proche d'une échelle de meunier. Garage bien pratique. Un grand local partagé chauffé sert de buanderie et permet de ranger le matériel de ski au chaud. La proximité du chemin piétons permet également de pratiquer raquettes ou ski de fond l'hiver au départ du chalet.

Un beau gîte, bien situé dans la vallée. De beaux espaces verts dont on peut profiter autour du gîte. Avons bien profité des avantages du MultiPass.
