Beautiful wood and Mountain ambience for this duplex gîte (92m² + 9m² attic) with independent entrance on the 2nd floor (1st floor from the road) of a Chalet which also includes year-round accommodation.
Entrance hall, kitchen opening onto living room (access to balcony, Mountain view) / sitting area, Bedroom 1 (1 bed 140cm, shower room with basin), separate WC. Upstairs: Bedroom 2 (2 twin beds 90cm / access to balcony), Bedroom 3 (2 twin beds 90cm), Bedroom 4 (2 beds 80cm, 1 of which is a trundle bed), bathroom (bath), separate WC. South-facing balcony with garden furniture, garage with ski room, parking.
Le Grand-Bornand ski area 800m away, resort center, shops, restaurants, shuttle bus stop 200m away, Piscine (only open in summer) 400m away. Numerous summer and winter activities in the resort. Hiking and walking trails in the Aravis mountains nearby. Lake Annecy (Swimming, Beaches) 32km away.

Patrice Grand Bornand
Logement agréable et bien situé dans le village. Très bien équipé avec 4 grandes chambres. Le Garage est un peu petit pour une grosse voiture mais c'est quand même un plus. Tous les commerces sont accessibles à pied et le départ des télécabines est à 5 mn en navettes gratuites.

Marie Super séjour
Je recommande ce gîte sans hésitation. La vue du salon est juste magnifique. Le gîte est propre, spacieux, bien équipé. Nous y avons séjourné 1semaine avec nos 3 jeunes enfants et tout était parfait. Le manège installé au centre du village était à 5min à pied. La piscine et jeux pour enfants à moins de 10min. Plein de randonnées possibles proche du gîte. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour !
