Kitchen/living room, 1 bedroom (1 x 140cm bed), 1 small bedroom (2 x 90cm bunk beds). Bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet. Laundry room with washing machine, possibility to store mountain bikes and skis. Wifi -4G. Private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, shared courtyard.
Kids can enjoy the play area.

Manu Impeccable
Petit gîte mais fonctionnel, très propre, propriétaire au top, calme malgré la route en haut. A recommander, tout à portée de main autour du gîte, facile d'accès. Le Mont-Blanc tout proche, des ballades superbes. Seul bémol, les villages de St Gervais et Megeve où les commerçants prennent les touristes pour des vaches à lait, et encore nous n'avons pas été à Chamonix. Mais bon tout le reste a été très bien.

Très agréable séjour avec un accueil simple, naturel, authentique. Gîte pas trop grand et pour 2, impeccable et bien équipé.
Emplacement privilégié pour sa vue et à proximité de Megèven Cordon, Passy Plaine Joux, Combloux, St Gervais.- Cleanliness
