Charming, detached, duplex chalet in front of the owners' family farmhouse (which also includes 2 other gîtes).
Living area: 10m2 first floor + mezzanine bedroom upstairs (attic).
Quiet setting, grounds and private south-facing terrace facing the mountains (Mont-Blanc massif).
First floor: integrated kitchenette with table-bar, shower room (shower and toilet).
First floor (access via miller's staircase): mezzanine bedroom (attic), with 140x190cm bed, TV (maximum ceiling height: 1.25m).
Underfloor heating. Wifi Internet access. Free parking in the courtyard.
For your comfort, everything is included: sheets (bed made), towels and end-of-stay cleaning.
Private terrace facing the Alpine peaks (Mont-Blanc, Fiz), with garden furniture: parasol, deckchairs and gas plancha.
Possibility of storing your skis or bikes in the owners' garage.
The owners, who are farmers, will be delighted to share their work with you (farm on site, Abondance dairy cows).
Combloux village center less than 5 minutes away by car (1.8km): shops, restaurants and biotope lake (summer swimming facing Mont-Blanc + wellness area).
Saint-Gervais thermal baths 11km away. Megève 7km away (10 minutes by car): casino, golf, swimming pool, ice rink...
Winter skiing: access to the Combloux ski area 1.5km away via the Bouchet ski lift (link to the Jaillet/Megève ski area).
Main Combloux ski area parking lot (Cruy Cuchet) 3.5km away.
Princesse gondola lift 3.8km (Megève/Saint-Gervais ski area).
Chamonix-Mont-Blanc 30km (40-minute drive). Annecy and Lac Léman approx. 1h00 away.
Numerous hiking trails in the area in all seasons.

Nicola Schönes kleines Ferienhäuschen am Bauernhof
Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen durch die Vermieter, die den Bauernhof betreiben, vor dem das Ferienhäuschen steht. Das goldige kleine Ferienhäuschen für 2 Personen weckt Wohnwagenromantik-Gefühle: sehr klein, aber sehr praktisch eingerichtet und für einen Sommerurlaub zu zweit wunderbar. Das große, bequeme Bett ist oben im Halbgeschoss, man kann dort nicht stehen, aber sitzen. Bad und Kochzeile sind modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, an einem kleinen Tisch gegenüber der Kochzeile sitzt man gemütlich beim Essen. Aus den Fenstern sieht man auf die umliegenden Berge, auch den Mont Blanc. Vor dem Ferienhäuschen ist eine eigene Holzterrasse mit Tisch und Stühlen und sogar einem Grill, den wir aber nicht ausprobiert haben. Wandern und E-Bike-fahren geht von dort aus direkt sehr gut oder man fährt kurze Strecken mit dem Auto (oder Bus) zu weiteren Ausgangspunkten von Wandertouren. Schwimmen kann man sehr schön z.B. in Combloux (Öko-Schwimmbad) und in Sallanches (Baggersee, klares Wasser). Die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in Combloux. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Karine Adorable mini chalet à Combloux
Superbe séjour à Combloux!
Mini chalet bien situé, tranquille, très bien conçu et très bien équipé, très belle terrasse en face du Mont Blanc, hôte sympathique, et oeufs frais grâce à Mesdames les Poules et Monsieur le Coq (attention, c'est un coq très spécial: ne comptez pas sur lui pour vous réveiller le matin, il fait la grasse matinee!).
Nous avons adoré notre séjour et espérons pouvoir revenir un jour. Merci Julie!
