Attractive house comprising just 2 gîtes for 2 and 6 people with private terrace and garden, close to Lac Léman. Separate entrance.
Gîte for 2 people, 45m², all on one level (first floor): entrance hall with cupboard, fitted kitchen opening onto living room (dining table, sofa, TV), French window giving access to terrace and large garden. Bedroom (1 bed 180x200cm separable into 2 beds 90x200cm, terrace access), bathroom (Italian shower, washbasin, washing machine), separate toilet.
Private terrace and garden/terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs, parasol, plancha. 1-car garage, private parking, courtyard.
Bed linen and towels provided, end-of-stay cleaning optional. Wifi Internet access. Central heating.
Lake Geneva, beaches 4km Shopping area, all amenities 4km. Thonon-les-Bains, Thermes 7km, Evian 17km. Yvoire, medieval town 10km, Geneva 28km. Skiing: Habère-Poche 19km, Bernex 26km, Vallée d'Abondance / Portes du Soleil 35km.

Sylvie et Yves Gîte confortable et bien situé.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce gîte bien conçu, confortable, parfaitement équipé et très calme. Bien situé, il nous a permis de rayonner facilement dans la région du Chablais. Nous ne manquerons pas de réserver à nouveau ce gîte si nous avons l'occasion de revenir sur les bords du Léman.

Citadelle un oasis de calme dans une région très habitée
gite très confortable et surtout spacieux.
Le seul bé-mol, l'arrivée non balisée dans un gite situé dans un lotissement. Il aurait suffit de placer un logo "gite de France" sur la boite aux lettres ce qui aurait évité de tourner en rond pendant 30 minutes.
Sinon, super gite, super accueil, rien que du très bon été comme hiver.- Cleanliness

Merci pour votre commentaire étoilé.Nous regrettons que vous n'ayez pas songé à nous appeler pour arriver: nous faisons aussi" GPS" si nos hôtes rencontrent des difficultés à trouver notre gîte en lisière de forêt!
