At the foot of the Portes du Soleil ski area in winter, overlooking the slopes, and close to numerous hiking trails in summer, spacious Holiday cottage (106m² + 30m² attic space) on the 2nd floor (from parking lot) of a chalet that also includes an 18-person gîte (ref.63501).
Independent entrance at the rear of the Chalet.
Entrance hall, kitchen opening onto living room, Bedroom 1 (1 bed 140), Bedroom 2 (2 beds 90), Bedroom 3 (1 bed 140), Bedroom 4 (2 beds 90), very attic bedroom 5 (1 bed 140) / accessible with a supplement, shower room/wc, bathroom, separate toilet. Balcony. Ski/bike room (shoe dryer).

In the heart of the Vallée d'Abondance, close to Switzerland. Châtel resort center 2.5km away. Ski rental -20%. Ski slopes on site. Free shuttle bus 100m away. Numerous Hiking trails close to the Holiday cottage. Thonon, Thermal baths and Lake Geneva 40km away. Paragliding 3 km away.
