3-level gîte in a large chalet with another gîte (63012).
Located in the heart of the Portes du Soleil ski area, opposite the Linga ski lifts (link to Avoriaz).
The gîte has 7 bedrooms: 4 for 2 people, 2 for 3 people and 1 for 4 people. Each with private bathroom + flat-screen TV (including 1 ground-floor bedroom accessible for a disabled person), dining room with sitting area, relaxation room, professional kitchen, 2 separate toilets,
Ski/mountain bike room (max. 7 bikes) (shoe dryer), large terrace.
Sauna in the basement on request (€200 per week).
In winter: 20% discount on ski equipment.
Short-stay rentals available from May to September.
A cleaning fee will be requested on arrival or at the time of booking.
In the heart of the Vallée d'Abondance, close to Switzerland. Châtel resort center 2.5km away. Downhill skiing on site. Free shuttle bus 50m away.
Numerous hiking trails close to the gîte. Thonon-les-Bains, thermal baths and Lake Geneva 40km away. Paragliding 3 km away.

Visit the owners' farm in winter. Cheese for sale on site.
