Holiday cottage on 3 levels in a large chalet with another gîte (63012).
Located in the heart of the Portes du Soleil ski area, opposite the Linga ski lifts (link to Avoriaz).
The Holiday cottage has 7 bedrooms: 4 for 2 people, 2 for 3 people and 1 for 4 people. Each with private bathroom + flat-screen TV (including 1 ground-floor bedroom accessible for a disabled person), dining room with sitting area, relaxation room, professional kitchen, 2 separate toilets,
Ski/Mountain bike room (max. 7 bikes) (boot dryer), large terrace.
Basement Sauna available on request (€200 per week).
In winter: 20% discount on Ski equipment.
Short-stay rentals available from May to September.
A cleaning fee will be requested on arrival or at the time of booking.
In the heart of the Vallée d'Abondance, close to Switzerland. Châtel resort center 2.5 km away. Ski slopes on site. Free shuttle bus 50 m away.
Numerous Hiking trails close to the Holiday cottage. Thonon-les-Bains, Thermal baths and Lake Geneva 40 km away. Paragliding 3 km away.
Multipass member. Visit the owners' farm in winter. Cheese for sale on site.
Card rental for electric terminal (€20) with €50 deposit.
