25m² Holiday cottage on the ground floor of a renovated traditional farmhouse, including the owners' living quarters. Quiet location, Mountain views. Independent entrance to gîte (1 step). - Fully-equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, sink, fridge with freezer, 2 ceramic hobs. - Living room with sleeping area: dining table, sofa, TV, 1 double bed 140x190cm, closet, access to garden via step. 1 step between kitchen and living room - Shower room: washbasin on cupboard, shower, toilet - Shady garden in front of the gite with garden furniture, deckchairs. Parking on the property. Washing machine and dryer shared with the owners. Bed linen and towels provided. End-of-stay cleaning optional. Manigod village center (bakery, bar-restaurant, tourist office) 2.5km away. All shops and services in Thones 9km. Ski (La Croix Fry-Merdassier linked to La Clusaz ski area) 10km, shuttle bus stop 2.5km from village center (winter only, access to La Croix Fry, Merdassier, La Clusaz). La Clusaz 17km. Lake Annecy, beaches 24km, Annecy 30km. Numerous activities in the Aravis in summer and winter. Hiking from the Holiday cottage.

J'ai passé un excellent séjour chez Evelyne. Le gite est très bien placé puisqu'il se trouve au calme dans la montagne, on peut aussi bien partir faire de belles randonnées même sans forcément prendre la voiture. le lac d'Annecy se trouve à environ 20 min en voiture, on peut s'y baigner et se reposer entre 2 grosses randos ou quand il fait trop chaud pour grimper, franchement c'est royal...
le logement est réçent et aménagé avec gout, on s'y sent bien, Evelyne est une hote très discrète mais bien présente en cas de besoin, on sent qu'elle a à coeur que vous passiez un bon séjour. Il n'y a pas de wifi mais j'ai eu une très bonne connection via la 4G (bouygues) (d'ailleur pour les personnes sensibles aux ondes électromagnétiques comme moi, il est possible de de relier le pc au télephone dans la cuisine avec un cable usb de 5m et de pouvoir profiter d'une connection tout en restant dans un environnement ne dépassant pas les 0.20 V/m grâce à l'épaisseur des murs).
J'espère pouvoir y retourner un jour, il me reste encore tant de fromages à découvrir!

Tout a été pensé jusqu'au moindre détail pour que nous nous sentions comme dans un cocon.
