The Bed and breakfast comprises 4 independent bedrooms and a large common room for breakfast. Each room has a 160x200cm bed, a TV, and a private bathroom with toilet (except La Mandallaz room with separate toilet on the landing). Each room has its own wifi internet connection and private terrace.
The Megève (with bath and shower), Le Parmelan (with shower, four-poster bed) and La Mandallaz rooms are located on the first floor of the main building, while the La Tournette room (with whirlpool bath and shower) is located in an outbuilding of the house, close to a relaxation area - free access - "Pool house" with swimming Spa, solarium and bar area. Treatments available in the main building. A relaxation area with sofas, desk (PC and printer) is available next to the Le Parmelan / La Mandallaz rooms.
The estate is fully enclosed and secure, with parking spaces. Beds and towels are provided. Annecy Lake and Old City 7km away. Geneva 40km-40 minutes, airport 50 minutes. Hiking and Skiing at Le Semnoz 24km, or La Clusaz 36km. Petanque court available. Bus stop 30 meters away (frequency every 8 minutes), bike path allowing you to cycle directly from the house. Cultural events, Cinema, Concert halls, shows 10 minutes' walk away.
