111m2 detached chalet on 2 levels, close to owners' dwelling.
Garden level: entrance hall with storage space, fitted kitchen opening onto living room (terrace access), shower room, separate toilet, large laundry room.
First floor: sitting area with TV and sofa, bedroom 1 (1 x 160x200cm bed), bedroom 2 (1 x 90x200cm bed + 2 x 80x200cm beds that can be twinned to form a 160x200cm bed), separate toilet.
Internet wifi. Bed linen provided and beds made up on arrival. Covered terrace (mountain view) with furniture, barbecue and deckchairs.
Private carport (2 spaces). Skiing 3km away at La Clusaz or Le Grand-Bornand. Beginner ski area 1km away, snow permitting (1 snow line, ESF lessons + cross-country trails 300m away).
Summer: Lake Annecy and beaches 22km away (25 minutes). By car: Thônes 10 minutes, Annecy 30 minutes.

FLORENT Trés beau séjour
Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine au gîte. Ce dernier est grand, lumineux et très bien placé. Le gîte est très bien équipé que ce soit la cuisine, a buanderie...L'extérieur est trés agréable avec une magnifique vue. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Mimi Un Nefeli de douceur
Nous avons été accueillis par les propriétaires charmants & présents. Le Nefeli est un cocon de douceur, meublé et agencé avec beaucoup de goût. C'est un gîte très fonctionnel et agréable à vivre. Il ne manque rien. Avec ses grandes baies vitrées, le gîte est baigné de lumière et offre une vue imprenable sur les Aravis... un vrai bonheur pour les yeux... on ne s'en lasse pas. Le gîte est très bien situé, non loin du village, proche de petites randonnées et non loin d'autres points touristiques.

Superbe chalet très confortable. Matelas au top. Proximité du village (on peut y aller à pied)et on trouve de tout (boulangers, boucher,fruits légumes,produits régionaux,Carrefour,presse...) Equipement hors du commun, quartier hypercalme,logement très lumineux (grandes baies vitrées).Accueil parfait des propriétaires et discrétion assurée!Bref tout est parfait!Nous reviendrons..

Olivier Excellent stay
Le Nefeli is a wonderful accommodation, modern and located in a very peaceful surrounding. All commodities are reachable in few minutes’ walk or car. The chalet is clean, bright and well- equipped and the covered parking places are of great value.
We appreciated the warn welcome from Stephanie and Jean-Paul and their kindness all along our stay.
We had a misunderstanding from our side (towels are not included in the house rental), and a friendly solution was proposed by Stéphanie. Thanks again.
During these two weeks, we enjoyed the beautiful view on the mountains, and easy access to numerous hiking tours.
