On the site of an old mill, on the banks of a stream: chalet-style house comprising 2 gîtes + owners' accommodation.
Gîte 47m2 on 1st floor (shared entrance for 2 gîtes, with access by outside staircase): fitted kitchen opening onto living room (sofa bed, TV), bedroom 1 (1 bed 140x190cm), bedroom 2 (1 bed 160x200cm + 1 bed 90x190cm). Shower room with toilet. Shared washing machine. Internet wifi. Electric heating.
Parking, landscaped grounds with pergola, plancha, dining area. Sheets available for hire.
