47m² gîte in a contemporary house that also includes the owners' adjoining accommodation. Independent access from a gated courtyard. Parking available in the courtyard and outside.

Bedroom with sliding door and built-in storage, bed 140x190 cm. Between living room and kitchen, access to shower room (shower, washing machine and storage space) and separate WC. Air-conditioning.
Outside, wooden terrace with garden furniture/plancha on stilts to take full advantage of mountain views, 4-seater outdoor Jacuzzi (usable from May to October) for relaxing after mountain hikes or skiing days. Vast private grounds.
