Sleeps up to 9 (with supplement for 9th person) Ground floor: entrance hall, laundry room (washing machine). 1st floor: living room (fireplace) with dining area opening onto fitted kitchen, Bedroom 1 (1 bed 140), Bedroom 2 (1 bed 160 (possibility of 2 beds 80), separate toilet, bathroom. 2nd floor: Mezzanine / Kids area with sofa bed (extra bed for 9th person), Bedroom 3 (2 twin beds 90cm), Bedroom 4 (2 twin beds 90cm), shower room / wc. Bed linen provided. Wooden terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, enclosed garden facing Mont-Blanc. Shuttle to St-Gervais and Evasion Mont-Blanc ski area (Bettex) 500m away. Village center (shops and entertainment) 5km, Thermal baths 8km. Numerous Hiking trails nearby.
Wood for the fireplace: coarse and kindling wood supplied for the week (€40 on request).
