54m2 gîte on the 1st floor of a magnificent, fully restored farmhouse, which also includes another gîte (on the 2nd floor) and the owners' accommodation (on the garden level).
The farmhouse is adjoined by a year-round dwelling (with its own access).
Shared entrance for the 2 gîtes at the rear of the farm (shared hall).
In the gîte: fitted kitchen opening onto living room (Tv, rapido-type sofa bed for 140x190cm), bedroom (1 bed 140x190cm with private terrace), shower room, separate toilet. Internet wifi
Beautiful covered terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue. Ski and bike room shared by the 2 apartments. Parking available. Sheets and towels available for hire.
Extensive grounds around the farmhouse with garden, pétanque court and heated swimming pool from June to September.
Marignier town center and shops 3km away. Ski areas: Morillon (Grand-Massif) 16km, Les Gets/Morzine 19km, family resort of Sommand/Praz de Lys 22km.
50 minutes by car: Annecy (old town and lake), Geneva and Lake Geneva (beaches), Chamonix. Saint-Gervais thermal baths 35km away.

Lara Séjour serein et vivifiant
Besoin de repos et de sérénité, et c’est ce que nous avons eut. Avec en plus la beauté de la montagne et de la nature, avec notamment les promenades nocturnes des biches, un régal.
L’accueil chaleureux des propriétaires toujours au top, on n’a pas envie de repartir.
Nous ne nous lassons pas de revenir depuis plusieurs années respirer l’air montagnard dans ce gîte convivial et chaleureux.- Cleanliness

Nous avons été enthousiasmé par la région. La localisation du gite nous a permis de bien rayonner Les propriétaires nous ont donné de très bons conseils de randonnées et ont toujours été disponibles pour nous aider.
Le gite est parfais pour deux et très bien équipé et agencé.
