A 48m² detached Chalet designed as a duplex (+15m² laundry room in the basement). On the garden level (1st floor of the Chalet): kitchen open to the living room (dining area), Bedroom 1 (1 bed, 140x190 cm), Bedroom 2 (2 bunk beds, 80 cm), bathroom (shower), separate toilet. Upstairs (on the mezzanine): living room (sofa bed that sleeps one person, 140 cm wide, TV, stereo, DVD player). In the Chalet’s basement (access via a trapdoor from the kitchen, steep staircase): laundry area with washing machine, refrigerator, and extra freezer.
South-facing terrace (view of Mont Blanc) with furniture, lounge chairs, and a barbecue. Wifi Internet. Sheets and towels available for rent.
Saint-Gervais village center 4 km, Combloux 5 km, Megève 7 km. Skiing in St-Gervais 3 km (Bettex gondola) or Megève 4 km (Princesse gondola).
Saint-Gervais thermal baths 8 km away. In summer: numerous hiking and mountain biking trails nearby; swimming at the Combloux biotope lake, 5 km away.
Chamonix-Mont-Blanc is a 30-minute drive away. This holiday cottage is not recommended for people with mobility issues. Bring snow gear in winter.
