The chalet is located in a quiet environment, close to another independent gîte, and the owners' house (which also includes a large gîte).
The chalet's architecture has been completely redesigned to offer large openings onto the valley and surrounding mountains, and the existing old wood has been tastefully reused.
On the upper first floor of the chalet (1st floor, with level access from the parking lot): integrated kitchenette opening onto the living room (TV, pellet stove, rapido sofa bed offering a comfortable 140x190cm extra bed).
Upstairs: bedroom 1 (TV, 2 twin beds 90x190cm, open island bath, separate toilet).
Lower level: bedroom 2 (TV, 1 bed 140x190cm, private bathroom with walk-in shower).
Private east-facing terrace with 3-seater spa, garden furniture, parasol, deckchairs and barbecue.
Towels and sheets included (beds made up). Wifi Internet access.
Private technical room on lower first floor: shoe dryer, ski rack or bike storage space.
Private parking on the upper first floor. Parking for the neighboring chalet is on the lower first floor.
Morillon cable car at 500m: access to the Grand Massif ski area (linked resorts of Morillon, Samoëns, Flaine, Les Carroz and Sixt-Fer-A-Cheval).
Blue slope 100m from the chalet (ski-in, ski-out depending on snow conditions). In summer: Lac Bleu leisure center 1 km away: swimming, horse-riding, tree climbing, tennis, etc.
Morillon village center 10 minutes' walk: shops, restaurants, tourist office. Numerous hikes nearby or in the Sixt-Fer-A-Cheval cirque reserve 17km away. Accommodation classified as 'bike-friendly'.
