A 62-square-meter detached chalet spread over three levels, located 500 meters from the village center of Morillon (a 10-minute walk) and the ski lifts.
The chalet is situated in a quiet setting, near another independent holiday cottage and the owners’ home (which also includes a large holiday cottage).
This Chalet has been beautifully renovated, with its architecture completely redesigned to offer expansive views of the valley and surrounding Mountains, and where the existing old wood has been tastefully reused.
On the upper ground floor of the Chalet (1st floor, with direct access from the parking lot):
open-concept kitchen area opening onto the living room (TV, wood-pellet stove, Rapido-style sofa bed providing a comfortable extra bed measuring 140x190cm, 2 armchairs).
Upstairs:
Bedroom 1 (TV, 2 twin beds 90x190cm that can be joined, freestanding bathtub, separate toilet).
Lower level of the Chalet:
Bedroom 2 (TV, 1 bed 140x190cm, private bathroom with walk-in shower).
Private east-facing terrace—overlooking the mountains—with a 3-person Spa, outdoor furniture, umbrella, lounge chairs, and barbecue. Shared pétanque court nearby.
Towels and linens are included (beds made).

Private utility room on the lower ground floor: boot dryer, ski rack, or bike storage area.
Private parking located on the upper ground floor. The parking lot for the neighboring Chalet is on the lower ground floor of the Chalet.
Morillon gondola 500m away: access to the Grand Massif ski area (linked resorts of Morillon, Samoëns, Flaine, Les Carroz, and Sixt-Fer-A-Cheval).
Blue run 100m from the Chalet (return “ski-in/ski-out” depending on snow conditions).
In summer: Lac Bleu recreation center 1 km away: Swimming, horseback riding, tree-top adventure course, Tennis, etc.
Morillon village center 10 minutes’ walk away: shops, Restaurants, Tourist Office. Numerous hiking trails nearby or in the Sixt-Fer-A-Cheval Cirque nature reserve, 17 km away. Accommodation certified “bike-friendly.”
