In a quiet hamlet in the village of Saint-Eustache on the heights of Lake Annecy, 36m² self-contained gîte on two levels within the grounds of the owners' house, who also offer a guest house.
First floor: corridor leading to bedroom (bed 140x190cm, wall-mounted TV and electric fireplace) and shower room (shower, vanity unit with washbasin, heated towel rail).
Upstairs, the living area comprises a kitchen/living room (fitted kitchen, dining table, 2 reading armchairs) giving access to the private outdoor space comprising two areas, terrace and solarium. Overhanging view and proximity to the neighboring field (cows possible in spring and fall).
Bed linen, towels and toiletries are provided. Bed made up on arrival. End-of-stay cleaning is optional. By definition, a mazot is fundamentally minimalist in its surface area and offers an optimized layout.
Shared parking with the guest house and owners, access to the accommodation via a path within the property leading to the private ground-floor terrace with a small fountain in front of the sheltered entrance to the gîte.
