This small chalet of 40 m2 is large enough for 2 persons. The bedroom is big enough and does not feel cramped at all. The main living room/kitchen is again more than big enough. The fireplace gives romantic evenings watching the flames, and the floor heating keeps the chalet warm at other times.
The chalet is not overlooked, and a short distance from the town centre.
The owner is very helpful. Parking is on site, and there is even a garage, which we did not use. All in all a very comfortable stay, surely to be repeated in the future.- Cleanliness

Nous avons passés 15 jours de vacances au Manant gîtes magnifique ,grand confort , calme ,proche du centre . Et les propriétaires Joelle et Michel sont accueillants , chaleureux , disponibles . Nous avons déjà réservé pour l’année prochaine .

BALANTINES Gite charmant
Gite confortable, lumineux, spacieux, bien équipé et idéalement situé entre le lac d'Annecy et la chaîne des Aravis. De multiples visites et activités à proximité. Au calme, avec vue sur les montagnes, le dépaysement est au rdv. A 15mn à pied du centre ville de Thones qui propose un large panel de commerces.
