Swimming and fishing at Lake Annecy 900m away, Annecy town 7km away, bike path linking Annecy to Albertville 800m away. Semnoz ski area 20km away (downhill, cross-country, snowshoeing, hiking). Numerous walks and hikes on marked trails and in the forest around the gîte.

    Agréable logis fonctionnel

    En arrivant au gîte, j'ai été agréablement surprise par le cadre calme et agréable .Le propriétaire est très accueillant et sympathique. Le logement est très propre ,un cocon qui m'a permise de me reposer. Je recommande ce gîte.

    Belle découvertes du pays Savoyard

    Accueil très très chaleureux, notre propriétaire était de bons conseils sur les visites à faire, bien appréciable
    Situé aux portes d'Annecy pour éviter la foule, et accessible part bus et vélo, Sévrier est très bien desservit nous avons pu faire de belles balades aussi bien en montagne que tout le tour et sur le Lac!!
