The Chalet is located in a quiet environment, on a sloping plot on the edge of the Forest.
First floor: laundry room, large garage with ski storage space.
1st floor: fitted kitchen opening onto living room (pellet stove, sofas, TV), bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200cm), shower room (Italian shower), separate toilet.
2nd floor: bedroom 2 (1 bed 160x200cm), bedroom 3 (2 beds 90cmx190cm), bedroom 4 (1 bed 160x200cm), shower room (Italian shower), separate wc, balcony.
West-facing terrace with table and chairs, accessible from the living area. A second terrace area with a forest table is located on the south side of the Chalet.
Samoëns village center, shops, botanical gardens etc. 800m away (10 to 12 minutes on foot).
Bed linen included, beds made on arrival. Wifi Internet.
Grand-Massif-Express gondola at 1.7km: (shuttle stop 150m away during tourist season) direct access to the Grand Massif ski area in winter, and to numerous activities in summer (Hiking, paragliding, mountain biking...).
In summer: Hiking trails 500m from the Chalet. Base de loisirs du Lake aux Dames de Samoëns 2.5km away (tennis, summer swimming pool, mini-golf, fishing pond).
Base de loisirs du Lake bleu in Morillon, 5.5km away (summer swimming, tree climbing, ponies, etc.).
Hiking in the Cirque du Fer-A-Cheval nature reserve, 12km away. Chamonix, Annecy and Geneva around 1h00 away by car.
Snow removal provided in winter, but snow equipment is highly recommended.
