House comprising 2 gîtes and owners' accommodation. Gîte of 16 m² on 2nd floor: kitchen/dining area/small living area, sleeping area (1 bed 140 cm), bathroom (claw-foot bath) with toilet. Bed linen provided. Central heating. Shared garden at the rear of the house with garden furniture. Gîte on the road between Annecy and the Aravis resorts. 10 minutes from La Clusaz resort (nursery, artistic skiing, sledging, natural ice rink) and Le Grand-Bornand. Annecy/La Clusaz bus stop 200 m away. NON-SMOKING GITE. Only 1 pet allowed in the gite.

    je recommande ce gite

    Gîte bien placé entre le Grand-Bornand et la Clusaz a condition d'avoir une voiture . L'avantage de ce studio c'est qu'il a une chambre avec lit le matelas très bien , pour 2 personnes svelte ça va .Bonne réception du wifi.

    Bon accueil

    Très bon accueil de la propriétaire qui s'est arrangée pour être présente à notre arrivée en fin de matinée. Le logement est bien situé, en bordure de route mais pas bruyant, accès au bus de ligne à 50 m, ainsi qu'intermarché à proximité.
